Lead Services Specialist - On Site Services

Yesterday Stafford, United Kingdom

Job Description Summary

Join GE Vernova's Grid Solutions team as a Lead Services Specialist - On Site Services, where you'll take a leading role in delivering maintenance, installation, and repair services for high-voltage electrical equipment across the UK and beyond.

In this role, you'll oversee on-site activities to ensure all service operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You'll act as the key interface between project management, engineering, and field teams - ensuring smooth execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all stages of service delivery.

You'll be responsible for coordinating site teams, supervising field technicians, and managing day-to-day operations, from preparing risk assessments and installation documentation to monitoring progress and reporting on project performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in supporting the green energy transition through high-impact service work.
