What impact you'll make
Portfolio Fulfilment Manager (PFM) is part of Portfolio Fulfilment COE who has the ownership on Events Management, Billings and Collections for Contractual and Transactional Customer Portfolios. The PFM is an integral part of the team supporting assigned service agreements, transactional deals, plants and customers. This team will demonstrate accountability for financial, functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power Services.

This role would require the individual to work closely with respective Contract Performance Managers (CPMs) to manage contractual commitments as well as other functions (e.g. finance, IT, parts fulfilment) to drive process excellence through the OTR wing-to-wing process.
Job Description
What you'll do
List of key/essential job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Owns, plans and ready to fulfill all operational metrics such as Demand Placements, Margin Review Prework, Policy 6 support, etc. Champions and strongly adheres to processes and system compliances.
- Leads and drives the right operational rhythms and rigor through Daily Management to ensure contract and operational excellence and event preparation readiness incl. budget & pacing, etc.
- Act as the focal point for Service Directors and CPMs, while engaging with various teams and also utilizing the right tools ensuring the business has a consolidated, reliable and up to date view of outage pipeline.
- Accountable for Events Management & On Time Demand placement & Billing.
- Anticipate risks, issue and highlight to regional COE leadership.
Detailed activities include but not limited to:
- Understanding Contract T&C's
- Ensure Systems/ERP Accuracy
- Contract Setup/Validation
- Event Management & Services Demand
- Capital parts & Repairs Demand placement
- NCPs demand placement
- Initiate Billing for CSA/TX/MMP & PES (Project & Engineering Solutions)
- Manage Customer Billing
- Manage Contractual billings & collections forecasting
- Margin review prework
- Cost reconciliation & bucketization
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- +5 year's Knowledge and Experience with the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- ERP working experience; proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a part of a multinational team.
- Must have good time management, organizational skills and able to meet established deadlines.
- This role requires proven experience in the Services &/or Contract Performance Management.
