Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule by consolidating inputs from all stakeholders
• Ensure schedule accuracy, interdependencies, and alignment with global standards
• Facilitate regular schedule and cost review meetings, driving accountability and timely updates
• Analyze risks, opportunities, and generate "what-if" scenarios to optimize execution
• Support schedule and cost forecasting, deviation analysis, and mitigation planning
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to manage cost and schedule performance
• Provide clear, transparent reporting on schedule, cost status, and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with project control standards, processes, and safety protocols
• Identify and implement process improvements, participating in lean initiatives
• Support change order and claim analysis, ensuring accuracy in project controls documentation

• Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering branches
• Minimum 6 years of planning large turnkey projects experience
• At least 3 years of projects cost control experience for major turnkey projects
• Deep knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects
• Strong oral and written English language skills
• Comfortable in hybrid working conditions
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6 is must

• Ability to lead and drive project teams effectively
• Strong analytical skills to forecast project outcomes based on data
• Clear communicator with strong communication and influencing skills
• Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects
• Cost estimating, scheduling, forecasting and cost management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to effectively manage and lead project teams
