Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, involve in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Develop specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Take new perspective on existing solutions. Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback. Responsible to translate requirements into a set of features that is consumable by the engineering team. Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimate with facts. Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs, and present technical ideas through white boarding. Ensure that completed tasks are delivered to meet the product release goal. Make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment. Serve as subject matter expert that meet standards and deliver the desired functionality using the technology selected for the project. Own the releases and sprint backlogs short-term and long-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases. Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready. Engage frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions. Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit. Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Application + 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related developing products occupation. The position also requires: 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management programs in the development, go-to-market, and end-of-life phases. 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services. 5 years of experience with agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Rally. 6 years of experience with ETL tools such as Talend and Boomi. 6 years of experience with EAM system integration with solutions such as SAP and Maximo. 6 years of experience with data storage, processing, and database schema design. 5 year of experience with integration to OT based solutions (e.g. historian, OSI-PI). 1 year of experience with identity and access management solutions. 1 year of experience in tenant management solutions. 100% Remote role. Telecommuting is permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to offices in Foxborough, MA.
