Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end procurement activities for critical materials, ensuring timely supply at the right cost and quality in alignment with business needs and production schedules
- Establish and maintain robust material master data and dynamic inventory replenishment strategies to support high service levels while effectively controlling inventory carrying costs and minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, production, engineering, finance, and quality teams to ensure accurate material planning, timely deliveries, and seamless integration across all operational functions
- Actively participate in regional and business-level inventory forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights and contributing to the development of long-term supply plans
- Continuously monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and ensure inventory accuracy across all storage locations
- Support ongoing cost reduction and process improvement initiatives through supplier collaboration, strategic sourcing, and the implementation of best practices in procurement and inventory management
- Take ownership of resolving supply disruptions or material quality issues by proactively communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring minimal impact to operations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering fields from an accredited university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the materiel management area
- Strong oral and written language skills in English
- Strong inventory management background
- Comfortable in hybrid working conditions
- SAP program knowledge is a must
- Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
