The role is for leading the QMS/ ISO activities / customer approvals/ Customer after sales service of all products ( CT/CVT/EMVT/Combined metering/Bushings/LT and ACR).

The role requires liason with other functions and lead teams to .meet the unit targets and KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the QMS activities , ISO process, customer approvals and customer after sales(customer care) for the unit.
• This involves Internal Audits scheduling in Gensuite( No of Audits completed on time, Closure of NCs on time), Updation of manuals and quality documentation in line with the ISO process.
• Involved in factory audits by customer for homologation along with the lead teams. Customer approvals for products. Also take lead in audits by external auditors for QMS.
• Lead the customer after sales/customer care activities which includes addressing warranty and non warranty quality complaints, ACT management, liaising with internal teams for implementation of corrective actions wherever applicable. Proactive liaising with customers to resolve/mitigate issues on priority , create PR , follow up for PO process, payment related documentation.
• Manage service area and documentation, conduct RCA and PSR for customer issues along with relevant teams and ensure the Quality KPIs of the unit
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Required Qualifications
• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality Assurance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
