Job Description Summary

The Lead Finance Analyst, Wind Services will hold a crucial role in the GE Vernova Wind Services FP&A team, reporting to the Strategic Finance Leader, Wind Services. This role will be responsible for supporting strategic FP&A and operational processes within the Wind Services Organization, partnering with finance & operational leaders and their teams. With critical thinking & independent decision making, you will engage with and provide deep data analysis, organization & streamlining, building enhanced visibility to GL, SL and other operating data to drive impactful reporting and analytics.

As Lead Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and maintain critical supply chain reporting, analysis and financial close processes, covering logistics, facility costs, inventory, and other scopes as needed.
  • Create financial modeling for general FP&A purposes as well as more specific models for Transactional Services and Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Provide support during weekly pacing, monthly financial close, and quarterly forecast / budgeting processes.
  • Partner with key operating and finance stakeholders for lean process improvement projects in order to enhance financial linearity and operating visibility.
  • Build dashboards and datasets to support general Wind Services efforts, as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, particularly focused in Finance and/or Operations

Desired Characteristics

  • CFA / CPA / CMA credentialing
  • Expertise in Financial Systems & Big Data
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver with focus, performing in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable & Flexible, open to change in response to new information and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership.

The base pay range for this position is 95,300.00- 158,700.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
