Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime.
• Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain and update equipment maintenance records to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production schedules.
• Lead the team to comply with job requirements, safety procedures, and internal regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team members to ensure high performance and career development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in maintenance management, equipment maintenance, and budget management.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
