Job Description Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior RAM Engineer to join our global team of experts in PCS, with a particular focus on Drives and Power systems.
As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating, creating, verifying, and validating the reliability, availability, and maintainability models for Drives and Power Systems, managing risks and opportunities that affect the systems throughout their lifecycle. You will also play a key role in enforcing engineering discipline and quality processes.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Modelling, Simulation and Analysis of Drives and Power system; Use KPIs (e.g., MTBF - Mean Time Between Failure) to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate equipment failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • To follow the DFR process for the New Technology products
  • Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies (e.g., FMEA, Thermal Analysis) to improve equipment life.
  • Identify asset reliability risks and manage probability of failure on demand (PoFOD).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Engineering or Master of Engineering degree or above from an accredited institution or equivalent knowledge or professional experience.
  • 8-15 Years of Experience in Power Electronics, RAM, RBD, FMEA etc.
  • Knowledge in Electrical Power system/Power Electronics drive modelling and analysis.
  • Proficient in Reliasoft and Isograph tools.
  • Proven substantial knowledge and practical experience in performing reliability engineering in different industries
