Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the R&D activities within the unit and across global R&D projects within ITR.
  • Identifies manufacturing/engineering deficiencies, proposes solutions and improvements.
  • Responsible for the electrical design of the products manufactured or designed in USC/ITR.
  • Ensures that all technical documentation, issued by the Engineering/R&D group, required for the manufacturing and sales of the products (drawings, bill of materials, instructions, manuals, material specifications etc.) is prepared in high quality, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Leads the development of new products, improvement, and customization of existing products. Works closely with unit and ITR involved in the development process.
  • Provides technical support in the resolution of field problems. Provides technical guidance to suppliers, working closely with Supply Chain and Sourcing. Supports manufacturing on a daily basis.
  • Supports the sales effort in the preparation of proposals and quotations, and the review of non-standard requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Medium to High Voltage apparatus engineering

The base pay range for this position is 88,600.00 - 118,100.00 - 147,600.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
