Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Commercial Systems Operations Specialist to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- System Administration: Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Data Management: Maintain data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data governance policies. Perform regular data audits and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- User Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Salesforce-related problems. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects and validating with intensive testing.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.
- Project Management: Lead or assist in projects to enhance the Salesforce platform, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Advocate for and implement process improvements and new features to enhance user experience and productivity.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location Salesforce.
- Tech. aptitude to work with DT/IT to integrate exist. systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
