Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar nas rotinas administrativas, como elaboração de relatórios, atualização de planilhas e controle de documentos;
  • Auxiliar na criação e acompanhamento de fluxos de pagamento de fornecedores;
  • Apoiar a equipe na gestão de contratos de fornecedores e elaboração de pedidos de compras;
  • Colaborar na organização e melhoria de processos internos, propondo soluções práticas;
  • Realizar atendimento interno (presencial, telefônico e por e-mail), prestando suporte às demais áreas da empresa;
  • Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações, atas e materiais de apoio para reuniões;
  • Apoiar em atividades financeiras básicas, como lançamento de despesas e controle de reembolsos.

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando Graduação em Administração, Gestão de Negócios, Economia ou áreas correlatas (a partir do 3 semestre);
  • Conhecimentos em Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint);
  • Capacidade de organização, planejamento e atenção a detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

  • Capacidade de análise e solução de problemas;
  • Trabalho em equipe e flexibilidade para apoiar diferentes demandas;
  • Interesse em desenvolver-se em áreas de gestão e processos administrativos.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support administrative routines, such as drafting reports, updating spreadsheets, and document control;
  • Assist in creating and monitoring supplier payment flows; Supporting the team in managing supplier
  • contracts and drafting purchase orders; Collaborate in the organization and improvement of internal processes, proposing practical solutions;
  • Provide internal service (in person,
  • telephone and by e-mail), providing support to other areas of company;
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, minutes, and support materials for meetings;

  • basic financial activities, such as posting expenses and controlling reimbursement

Requirements:

  • Be studying a degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics or related areas (starting in the 3rd semester); Knowledge in the
  • Office Package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Ability to organize, plan, and attention to detail; Good verbal and
