Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible providing HR Operations support to the GE Vernova businesses while focusing on enterprise standards, compliance and standardization. This role will also develop solid relationships with key stakeholder to maintain operational performance through leveraging metrics and trends and identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Responsibilities:
- You will deliver services supporting GE Vernova preboarding processes. Maintains the process health by supporting the queries from candidates, People Leaders and HRM's and maintains a routine review with them on the status of Onboarding in a timely and professional manner. Guide less experienced team members in service delivery standards, expectations, and established metrics. Provides continuous improvement focus to improve customer service levels and delivery of efficient processes and services.
- Will be responsible for the smooth closure of day-to-day operations with the business stakeholders on the work linked to pre-onboarding to onboarding.
- Review and Work with Ops Specialist to ensure that Hire Task are completed by employee on time.
- Working with the leadership on regulation change impacting the country Onboarding timelines and identify the path forward.
- Working closely with the HR Operations partnership team on coaching / guidance to service tickets etc.
- Will be responsible for signing off the Background Check monthly billing cost before payment and will ensure timely bills are being submitted by the vendor.
- Closely working with the Vendor Management Team for closure of PR / PO for vendors of your country and working with business on timely release of payment.
- Driving key projects and automations by working closely with the teams to ensure effective and efficient work environment within the country.
- Leads interacts directly with functional stakeholders, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services and standard work.
- Ensures delivery in a professional, high quality and efficiency manner.
- Responsible for responding to employee and HR service ticket requests, direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems, and management of escalations and questions. Includes areas such as: Reporting, employee data management, employee lifecycle management, HR systems help desk, business relations, escalations, etc.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues, develops strong customer relationships. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource or relevant Industry regulations
- 4-5 + Years of experience in HR Operations and Onboarding.
