Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible providing HR Operations support to the GE Vernova businesses while focusing on enterprise standards, compliance and standardization. This role will also develop solid relationships with key stakeholder to maintain operational performance through leveraging metrics and trends and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Description
- Will be responsible for the smooth closure of day-to-day operations with the business stakeholders on the work linked to pre-onboarding to onboarding.
- Review and Work with Ops Specialist to ensure that Hire Task are completed by employee on time.
- Working closely with the HR Operations partnership team on coaching / guidance to service tickets etc.
- Interacts directly with functional stakeholders, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services and standard work.
- Ensures delivery in a professional, high quality and efficiency manner.

- Responsible for responding to employee and HR service ticket requests, direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems, and management of escalations and questions. Includes areas such as: Reporting, employee data management, employee lifecycle management, HR systems help desk, business relations, escalations, etc.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues, develops strong customer relationships. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource or relevant Industry regulations
- 3 + Years of experience in HR Operations and Onboarding.
