Roles and Responsibilities
- An Electrical Engineer Trainee assists in designing and testing electrical systems under the guidance of senior engineers. They conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on electrical components and systems, contributing to innovative solutions and efficiency improvements.
- Participating in a training program to gain hands-on experience and develop professional engineering skills.
- Assisting senior engineers in various project tasks and completing assigned projects within established deadlines.
- Participating in training and development programs to gain technical and professional skills.
- Researching and developing new engineering projects and ideas. Conducting tests and experiments on engineering projects. Performing maintenance tasks on engineering equipment. Attending meetings and taking notes on engineering projects.
- Learning how to design, develop, and test products and systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- As part of the OTR process, assist the Business Verticals in developing and evaluating systems solutions (together with the leadership team), making sure that the solutions are technically sound and that technical risk is recognized, controlled, and planned for.
- Liaise with Platform Engineering, Technology and Value Engineering, and Supply Chain as appropriate to support the project and the business.
- Liaise with other GE businesses, platform verticals, supply chain, sub-contractors and suppliers as appropriate to support the project and the business.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company and customer EHS policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputed College/University
