Job Description Summary

Assemble electrical subassemblies of the products, following the letter of manufacture (CF), drawings and superior orientations, executing the manufacture of the primary and isolation of the TCs (Current Transformers).

Job Description

• Essential Responsibilities:
• Comply with the work plan and priorities assigned by the Team Leader and the Production Coordinator.
  Assemble products at different workstations according to the instructions provided in the drawings and the PCP (Process Control Plan).
  Perform a visual inspection of the product verifying that the assembly of the parts is correct.
  Keep your work areas clean and process Non-Conforming (NC) material on a daily basis.
  Participation in plant initiatives such as continuous improvement, among others.
  Work completely from production tables and drawings.
  Notify "team leaders" and/or engineer of any NON-CONFORMING material or defective products.
  Use "Personal Protective Equipment" (PPE), report unsafe situations and keep the work area clean, apply the "Stop Work" policy when applicable.
  Perform 5S audits in their work areas as assigned.
  Perform another function as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications / Requirements:

High School Diploma

Know and comply with production requirements.

Ability to read and understand plans and procedures.
Will need to perform repetitive tasks
Teamwork oriented
Available for standing and sitting most of the time and occasional walking.
Will need to pull and push 20 to 40 pounds.

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge in mechanics.
