Job Description
What you'll do
- Assist in monthly closing processes, including ledger maintenance and variance analysis
- Consolidate, organize, and analyze financial data to support reporting and forecasting activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for business units
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting quality
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business drivers and their financial impact
- Work on project-based tasks with measurable business impact
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Expected graduation within 12-18 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts); knowledge of Power BI or financial tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
