Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Providing technical support to customers: This includes answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions.
2) Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided

3) Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, ligistics, customers to achieve shortest possible request closing time maintaing legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
4) Working with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.
5) Working with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions implementation at customer sites
6) Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
Skills & Qualification:
1) Electrical Safety: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
2) Power system theory based on the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, such as voltage, current, resistance, power, symmetrical components, etc. and Power system components: the main components include Generators, Transmission lines, Distribution lines, Substations, transformers, Loads, and protective devices.
3) Substation automation software and hardware 4) network analysis which is the process of analyzing the behavior of power system under different conditions.
5) power system protection: this includes designing and installing protective devices to protect the power system from faults.
6) substation Automation is the process of using digital technology to control and monitor substations.
7)Negotiation skills
8) Presentation & Communication skills
