Job Description Summary
Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs. The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation.
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Participation in project coordination meetings (technical and contractual);
- Document management process;
- Improvement of internal processes;
- Execution of peer reviews;
- Preparation of technical notes, drawings and technical documents;
- Preparation of technical specifications for the purchase of goods and services;
- Participation in meetings with clients;
- Offering specific training in the FACTS area;
- Preparation of manuals and databooks;
- Configuration of network architecture equipment;
- Execution of protection and control tests in the factory (FAT) and during commissioning (SAT);
- Developing logic and parameters for protection and control systems and through configuration and testing tools for protection and control systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering or another course with strong Electrical Engineering content.
- Solid experience in protection, automation and control;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- Spanish knowledge is Desirable;
- Good skills with Microsoft package;
- Proactivity and interest in solving tasks.
- Being organized.
- Ability to work in a team.
