Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is seeking a dynamic Facility & Contract Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our industrial warehouse facility in Horn Lake, MS. This role combines responsibility for physical infrastructure and vendor contract execution, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring experience in facilities management, third-party logistics (3PL), and contract performance management.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee 3PL and service vendor performance, ensuring contract compliance and execution of warehouse, transportation, and customs operations
- Own operational KPIs for the warehouse facility; lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and manage the implementation of contract change orders in coordination with the Indirect Sourcing team
- Lead annual facility budgeting and cost center control; track operational costs and productivity targets
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, building upgrades, and expansions in line with business needs
- Identify, onboard, schedule, and manage third-party vendors required to perform maintenance activities
- Utilize ERP/EAM systems to support problem-solving and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and enforce facility management policies, in partnership with EHS and other GE Vernova teams
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or 10+ years of equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or facilities management, including experience with 3PL contracts
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%
Desired Characteristics
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and logistics network operations
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Contract management, negotiation, and project management expertise
- Knowledge of ERP/EAM systems, such as Oracle and Maximo
- EHS and Quality compliance leadership
- Experience in the wind energy or renewable energy sector
- Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
