1. 담당업무
- HRSG 제작을 위한 취부 및 조립 작업
- 기계 및 수공구를 활용한 제관 작업 수행
- GTAW 용접 방식 적용
- 제작 공정 중 품질 확인 및 Self-visual inspection
- 도면 및 작업 지시서에 따른 제관 작업
- 작업장 내 안전 규정 및 품질 기준 준수
2. 자격 및 필요 조건
- 경력사항: 신입 또는 3년 이상 경력직
- 학력사항: 고졸 및 초대졸
- 직무기술:
. 도면 해독 능력 및 치수 측정 능력
. 기계 조작 및 공구 사용 숙련자
- 업무에 필요한 EHS 및 품질에 대한 지식
3. 요구되어지는 인적특성
- GE에서 요구하는 기본적인 소양과 정직성
- 생산시 요구되는 품질수준 준수
- 수행업무에 대한 책임감
- 건강검진 또는 업무상 필요한 검사결과를 요청할 수 있으며, 미제출 또는 부적합하다고 판단하는 경우 채용이 취소될 수 있음
4. 우대사항
- 제관 경력 3년 이상
- 제관 자격증 보유자 (예: 판금제관기능사, 기능장 등)
- 용접 자격증 보유자 (예: 용접기사, 용접기능장 등)
- HRSG 또는 발전설비 관련 제관 경험자 우대

Roles and Responsibilities:
I. Job Summary
An experienced Fabricator to join HRSG production team in Changwon factory. The role involves steel cutting, forming, fitting, and assembly according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precise preparation for high-quality welding and fabrication.
II. Essential Functions, responsibilities
• Interpret fabrication drawings and prepare workpieces accordingly
• Perform cutting, bending, forming, and shaping of plates, pipes, and structural materials

• Carry out fitting and assembly of components to required dimensions and tolerances
• Conduct tack-welding (pre-welding) prior to final welding
• Verify dimensions and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment (e.g., cutting machines, bending machines, roll forming machines)
• Follow workplace safety rules and maintain a clean working environment
III. Qualifications requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in fabrication (boilers, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, or heavy industry)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic welding skills for tack-welding
IV. EHS requirement
• Know and follow established job specific and facility wide environment, health and safety procedures and rules
• Maintain housekeeping in work area
• Maintain Environment, health and safety equipment in good working order
• Actively participate in Environment, health and safety training and demonstrate competency based on training received
• Keep other employees aware of health and safety practices and activities by actively observing fellow employee work practices and incorporating safety in their daily tasks
• Actively participate in accident, injury and illness prevention activities:
• Develop Safety Risk Analyses (SRA) and safe working procedures
• Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions

• Participate actively in providing suggestions for Environment, health and safety program improvement
• Bring Environment, health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management's attention or correct those they can
• Know and implement regulatory compliance requirements in their work area
V. Quality requirement
• Understand and comply with procedures and work instructions
• Stop the process and report when any abnormality that might cause defects, escaping defect
• Don't accept defects, don't make defects and don't pass defects
• Continuous improve quality performance of products
VI. Desired Characteristics
• Experience in boiler, pressure vessel, or power plant equipment fabrication
• Holder of fabrication or mechanical-related certifications
• Ability to operate overhead cranes or forklifts
• Strong collaboration skills with welders and assembly teams
• Completion of occupational safety and health training
• Open & Honest and Trustworthy
• Can work individually and/or in a team and can handle high working pressure / Resilience
• Up to date technical Knowledge of the latest trends in manufacturing Technology and ability to apply and adapt
• Team work & leadership skills
