Early Career Traineeship - Service support

Job Description Summary

The Early Career Training is a 6-12 months program and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Repair wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
• Outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics.
• Follow up on event management & tools issues as they arise and work on resolution.
• Applicant might be attending customer meetings and site visits.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%.
• Support on signed contracts execution and service orders digital tools integration.
• Support sales team on deal structure and leverage experience in demand creation and creating opportunity.
• Support Commercial Operations team on proposal build-up and cross function management requirements.
• Connect with marketing team to identify New Products and participate in customer Campaigns.
• Candidate is expected to rotate between multiple business functions throughout their training (ie, Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering and Services).

• Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
• BS Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering background preferred.
• Basic experience in field operations within electrical or mechanical industries.

• The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction

• Basic power generation and gas turbine knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Record of achievement with a passion to achieve positive business results.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
