Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities in coordination with the Commissioning Team Leader:

  • Execute the tasks agreed with the Commissioning Team Leader and Commissioning Shift Leader.
  • Be able to create or revise the procedures for commissioning.
  • Provide technical support, advice and instructions to other commissioning technicians and contractors.
  • Report technical deviations.
  • Organization of spare parts, equipment and tooling for the jobs.
  • Provide regular reports on commissioning status.
  • Reporting for the cost control system, assuring the requested data input in order to posterior analysis.
  • Inform all site personnel of any site hazards brought about as a direct result of commissioning actions, together with associated precautions.
  • Execute commissioning tasks in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the contract, budget and time schedule.
  • Survey the commissioning work performed by the subcontractor, so it will be necessary to know the steps to be followed at each test.
  • Follow the handover between installation and commissioning phases, turbine inspections, preservations, preassembly, punch
  • list check
  • up.
  • Proposal of process improvements in order to get highest level in Security and/or cost reduction. Special attention to guarantee the fulfilment of EHS.

Rôles et responsabilités : Responsabilités, en coordination avec le chef d'équipe de mise en service : Exécuter les tâches convenues avec le chef d'équipe et le chef d'équipe de mise en service. Être capable de créer ou de réviser les procédures de mise en service. Fournir un soutien technique, des conseils et des instructions aux autres techniciens et sous-traitants de mise en service. Signaler les écarts techniques. Organiser les pièces de rechange, l'équipement et l'outillage nécessaires aux travaux. Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement de la mise en service. Créer des rapports pour le système de contrôle des coûts, en garantissant la saisie des données requises pour les analyses ultérieures. Informer l'ensemble du personnel du site de tout danger lié aux opérations de mise en service, ainsi que des précautions à prendre. Exécuter les tâches de mise en service en toute sécurité et dans les délais impartis, conformément au contrat, au budget et au calendrier. Superviser les travaux de mise en service effectués par le sous-traitant afin de connaître les étapes à suivre pour chaque essai. Suivi de la passation des marchés entre les phases d'installation et de mise en service, inspections des turbines, préservations, pré-assemblage et vérification des point-listes. Proposition d'améliorations des processus afin d'atteindre un niveau de sécurité optimal et/ou de réduction des coûts. Une attention particulière est portée au respect des normes HSE.

  • Responsibilities on EHS:
  • To implement and enforce within its area of EHS management policy.
  • Guarantee the fulfilment of EHS rules on site.
  • Encourage the involvement and participation of members in their area of responsibility, in making suggestions for improvements in order to avoid accidents.
  • Comply with EHS policy.
  • Participate in the deployment and compliance with legal requirements and internal EHS.
  • Identification of risks that affect their area or field of work and define / propose means of prevention and adequate protection to prevent them.
  • Active participation in the development of courses and proposals for improvement to avoid incidents and accidents.

Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter la politique de gestion HSE dans son domaine. Garantir le respect des règles HSE sur le site. Encourager l'implication et la participation des membres de son domaine de responsabilité, en proposant des améliorations afin d'éviter les accidents. Respecter la politique HSE. Participer au déploiement et au respect des exigences légales et HSE internes. Identifier les risques affectant son domaine d'activité et définir/proposer des mesures de prévention et de protection adéquates pour les prévenir. Participer activement à l'élaboration de formations et de propositions d'amélioration pour éviter les incidents et les accidents.

  • Educate and train in work procedures / instructions concerning them safe for their duties.
  • Carry out work according to the rules and procedures, avoiding any acts or omissions at work that might pose a danger or risk to its integrity or the people around them.
  • Wear the personal protective equipment required for individual and groups performing the work safely, checking that they are in perfect condition and ensuring the proper condition of the goods.
  • Take care of work equipment: machines, tools, facilities, ... they handle, ensuring the proper state, keeping in order and cleanliness their workplace
  • Cooperate in combating any emergency that arises.
  • Immediately report failures, deficiencies, or any situation detected and that may pose a risk to people and anything that might involve some uncontrolled risk.
  • Report any accident or incident is detected, helping as needed in the subsequent investigation of it.
  • Assume the basic principle that should do the work in the safest possible way for which it is necessary and priority setting the tone of this behavior.
