The Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for SPS Nuclear Business Development process, coupling together data analytics and market research in support of the overall commercial process. As a member of the segment team, you will be an active contributor to delivering best-in-class demand management process for the Nuclear Segment. In this role, you will help deliver improved and streamlined market intelligence as well as customer economic modeling deliverables. This role will require you to work in broadly across the GE Vernova organization, compiling and creating information and deliverables. This role is instrumental to enabling the business to achieve targeted Sales outcomes.
Your Role:
- Direct interfacing with customers on products and solutions in support of pipeline demand creations
- Support demand creation activities, including the economic modeling process (Customer Value Modeling) for large complex projects (e.g. turbine-generator upgrades). Organizing data inputs into an existing modeling tool - modeling outcomes that are used internally and externally to evaluate investment needs and solutions.
- Lead monthly market watch deliverables, providing inputs and guidance on key industry trends, scenarios, actions for the business. This requires regularly surveying both internal and external data sources and coalescing information and data into digestible formats for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Organize data collection and utilization - implement LEAN actions to align multi data collection systems into a streamlined data ecosystem
- Coordinate key industry Technical Events - work across broad organization to assess participation, content, deliverables and desired outcomes from participation
- Perform market pricing analyses - lead the process for analyzing market price evolution and comparisons to industry pricing, historical pricing and desired pricing
- Responsible for interpreting data and providing valuable insights on impacts to established Market Strategies
- Provide reports and visual aids, extracting information through multiple data platforms and applications
- Analyze market strategies and business requirements / process and recommending actions for implementation
- Identify development needs for the purposes of streamlining and/or improving strategies and operations of the organizations
- Lead and/or participate in LEAN initiatives and principles in support of the Sales and Commercial teams.
- Support Sales 5Q / Account Management process. Preparing useful insights and information for Sales Team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with and knowledge of Data Analytics

The salary range for this position is 92 800,00 - 154 700,00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
