Roles and Responsibilities
- follow the work instructions.
- wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions regarding chemical usage.
- Remove access tape and material from lightening cable inside the blade.
- Apply zip ties to lightening cable according to work instructions to attach it to the web.
- Take out stay bolts from the ring on the root of the blade.
- Insert plugs into bushings around the root to avoid dust in the bushing.

- Two individuals place donut inside the blade utilizing sika.
- Use of hand tools/scraper to even out sika that is applied to the edge of the donut.
- Maintain 5s Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects and work with hands for an extended period.
- Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Requires wearing of respirator.
Desired Characteristics
- High School Diploma/GED or related experience.
- Previous Manufacturing experience.
