Job Description Summary

Gas Power Engineering is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Systems Integration Leader to lead the development, integration, and servicing of complex aeroderivative gas turbine components and systems across the product lifecycle. This role is central to ensuring that all subsystems - including aero-mechanical, thermal, combustion, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and software-work cohesively to meet performance, reliability, and customer requirements.
As the Systems Leader, you will serve as the technical orchestrator and provide system-level direction for the aeroderivative product repair, industrialization, and NPIs, working cross-functionally across engineering disciplines, project management, manufacturing, and service operations. You will play a key role in developing the roadmap to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that deliver power and energy resilience to global customers.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end systems integration strategy and roadmap development focusing on new GE Vernova scope for aeroderivative product engineering, coordinating cross-functionally with product line, manufacturing, sourcing, and services to position GE Vernova to flexibly manage customer needs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system-level requirements, priorities, integration risks, compliance risks, and technical issues using Lean methodologies.
- Establish and manage execution of a project pipeline addressing top priorities and risks across the product development lifecycle, from concept to commissioning through industrialization to services.
- Deliver aeroderivative product end results that advance internal GE Vernova capability and drive margin accretion and profitability.
- Own system architecture models, factory drawings, interface control documents (ICDs), and integration verification/validation plans.
- Champion digital integration tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to improve design accuracy and reduce integration risk.
- Own the engineering scope of certification and regulatory compliance activities related to system integration (e.g., emissions, safety, grid codes).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, preferably within gas turbines, aerospace, power generation, or rotating machinery.
- Proven experience leading integration of multi-disciplinary systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and operability.
- Strong understanding of gas turbine subsystems and systems engineering tools & methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage technical risk, and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 152,400.00 - 254,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. This position will stay open on the career website until at least September 3rd, 2025
