The Aero Services Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading customer relationships across the entire Aero Services portfolio in the assigned region. The Aero Services Senior Sales Manager is responsible for orders, commitments, and convertible orders for a defined region across the Aero Services portfolio. They will manage the customer relationship for accounts in their respective region and lead account planning, pipeline management, deal negotiations and closure with customers, partnering with commercial operations and fulfillment to develop winning strategies and achieve order closure subject to the commercial policy objectives.

- Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects in Mexico territory to both public & private customer accounts.
- Interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
- Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.

- Support the maintenance of accurate / current project, opportunity, and transactional outage information in NEX CRM (Salesforce).
- Create demand through discovery process collecting data and creating insights to achieve winning solutions for customers.
- Develop long term, strategic plans by customer to drive penetration and growth.
- Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities.
- Own a coordinated 'one face to the customer' across the products and develop and own account plans.
- Provide leadership through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE's competitive strengths to serve the customer's needs while meeting GE's business goals.
- Interface with Commercial Operations, Customer Service Leaders (CSL), Customer Fulfillment Managers (CFM) and other functional groups as required as part of an integrated Customer Team to grow the GE Power Services Gas North American business with customers in assigned sub-region.
- Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions, and long-term Service Agreements (MYA-CSA)
- Lead deal strategy development and reviews as necessary with Sales and Commercial Operations Team, Customer Service Leaders (CSL), Customer Fulfillment Managers (CFM), Global Operations, and other functional groups as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or/and business-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry / knowledge Aeroderivative gas turbines technology products and services.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales with both public & private customers, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Technical Sales, or/and Customer Service in the Power Generation industry.

- Strong account management skills, including developing relationships at the C-suite level.
- Salesforce, SAP, and MATLAB.

- Demonstrated computer skills, including a very strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint application.

- Strong Preference for candidate with experience and knowledge on LMS100, LM2500 and LM6000 technology.
- Broad and deep understanding of the commercial cycle, including product. line/marketing/sales/commercial operations/and engineering.
- Financial, analytical skills, and strategic planning capabilities .
- Strong presentation skills at the executive level.
- Customer service and solutions mindset.
- Qualified candidate residing in Mexico City.
