Job Description Summary

Aero Alliance Operations Accumulation Line Leader will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Shop organization. She/He will be responsible to lead and coordinate shop floor warehouse and kitting activities within the Material & Planning organization in the Avenza Shop ensuring flawless execution in terms of EHS, Quality and fulfillment requirements. She/He will be reporting to Material & Planning Leader for Aero Alliance Avenza Shop.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality and Delivery targets, leading regular inspections and company culture values adoption.
  • Manage the internal Accumulation process coordinating the warehouse and kitting departments activities to ensure the delivery of complete assembly kits to Gate 3 assembly lines in accordance with Shop Master Scheduler exit plan.
  • Daily short term plan of shift-by-shift tasks to meet internal targets for accumulation process in the different steps of the process (receiving, picking and kitting).
  • Lean Management System strategy adoption, with particular focus on development of process/work standardization, DMS and problem solving, continuous improvement through gemba walks and team kaizens.
  • Creation and development of internal KPIs and performance analysis to drive department improvement initiatives and TAT reduction.
  • Work in synchronization with other Gates teams collaborating to get TAT/OTD targets and the planned financial results of the company

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Engineering, business or logistic degree from an accredited university or college. or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management roles
  • Ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information
  • Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
  • EU work permit

  • Experience in logistic activities/warehouse management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Pianificazione giornaliera delle attività (ricezione, picking, kitting)
  • Implementazione di sistemi Lean: standardizzazione, DMS, problem solving, miglioramento continuo
  • Definizione e monitoraggio di KPI logistici e iniziative per ridurre i tempi di esecuzione
  • Collaborazione continua con altri team per raggiungere gli obiettivi di delivery
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Logistica o Economia
  • Conoscenza dei processi di supply chain
  • Capacità di operare in contesti dinamici e in cambiamento
  • Gestione efficace delle priorità e capacità decisionali rapide
  • Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese (parlato e scritto)
  • Esperienza diretta in gestione di magazzino e attività logistiche
  • Ottime doti analitiche, organizzative e relazionali
  • Comunicazione efficace e leadership a tutti i livelli aziendali
  • Conoscenza di metodologie Lean e Six Sigma
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Six Sigma background and Lean methodology knowledge
