Aero Alliance General Worker - Component Repair

Job Description Summary

The General Worker will support component repair activities by performing various manual and technical tasks to ensure components are properly cleaned, prepared, and treated according to repair procedures. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality standards in component restoration.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and Manual repair (Such as blending and other related manual process that contribute to the refurbishment of component to meet necessary requirement) of components as part of the repair process.
• Support tack welding, swab etching, and brazing operations under supervision.
• Assist in STP App (Surface Treatment Process Application) procedures following standard work instructions.
• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of components throughout the process.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines during repair tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report any anomalies or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; vocational/technical training is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a workshop or component repair environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in cleaning, blending, and welding.
• Ability to follow instructions, read work orders, and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different repair processes.
