Aero Alliance Fixed Asset and Payroll Analyst

Job Description Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to support the PPE management for all the Aero Alliance JV Legal Entities (Malaysia, US, Italy, Norway). The new resource will be mainly the owner of the monthly management and control over all the Capex and Payroll process and activities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Capex: monthly management and control over Capex processes, tracking and monitoring all the accumulated CIP (unfinished cost) in order to understand what can be capitalized in Fixed Asset Register.
- Management and control of depreciation for all the assets in FAR (Fixed asset register) and PP&E and Unfinished accounts reconciliation.
- Payroll, Travel & Living Expenses: accounting and management of Payroll and Travel & Living Expenses processes (comprehensive of vacation accrual, bonus accrual, pension fund provisions, accruals).
- Posting payroll entries on monthly basis and monitoring the entries posted by external provider.
- Payroll and Travel & living accounts reconciliation.
- Monthly and Quarterly Closing: support in the monthly and quarterly closing activities, managing the closure of FA modules and open to the new accounting period.
- Support external auditors and preparation of the statutory financial statement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferable previous experience in Finance PPE role and accounting payroll analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Fluentcy in English (both written and spoken).
