We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Pre Sales and Client Onboarding to join our corporate Sales Growth Team. This position reports to the Director of Administration, Individual Sales and is based in our King of Prussia office fully remote.

What You Will Do:

As a Supervisor, Pre Sales and Onboarding, you will be responsible for supervising the Individual Sales Expat Underwriting Administration and support functions. The Supervisor will participate in and oversee the onboarding of new broker, agents, Blue Plans. You will oversee the Individual expat experience from quoting to member fulfillment and will elevate broker persistency and profitability goals for both brokers and the Individual expat new business. The Supervisor participates in, choreographs, analyzes, and oversees all presales activities and onboarding of Individual Expats, brokers, Blue Plans, and agents.   • Support the broker presales and onboarding administrative procedures and strategies by participating and delegating QA, legal contracting, detailed reporting, and coaching existing Underwriting Admin and Broker Support teams
  • Supervise the Underwriting Admin and Broker Support team's day-to-day activities, as well as long-term development of team members
  • Work with individual team members to develop and execute customized development plans for performance reviews and to increase the overall level of technical proficiency within the team
  • Champion the commitment to delivering exceptional customer, broker, and Blue Plan focused service
  • Increase opportunities for streamlining processes
  • Represent the Individual Sales team as a technical subject matter expert in various internal projects
  • Communicate to the Individual Sales Team updates on operational changes throughout the organization that will impact presales and onboarding relationships
  • Lead the onboarding and training for new members of the Underwriting Admin and Broker Support teams

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience plus at least 3 years of experience in new sales acquisition, onboarding, and administration
  • Health and Accident license, which can be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service skills are needed including the ability to remain focused and calm to effectively diffuse and manage sometimes volatile or stressful situations
  • Confident presentation skills including when working with senior level audiences
  • Effective communication, strong client service problem-solving, flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines and ability to work in a team setting will be critical for success in this role
  • Strong analytic skills, attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM knowledge is preferable
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Competitive base pay starting at $65,594. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
