POSITION TITLE

     Business Systems Analyst – Treasury

POSITION LOCATION

     Glen Allen, VA

   

YOUR ROLE

     As a Business Systems Analyst on Genworth’s Treasury technology team, you will serve as the System Administrator for the FIS Integrity Treasury SaaS platform while supporting complementary Treasury systems and a custom Cash Forecasting application with robust ETL workflows. You will partner closely with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operations that enable liquidity management and forecasting.

What you will be doing

     FIS Integrity Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the FIS Integrity Treasury Workstation (TWS), including configuration, file import/export mapping, data analysis, reporting, and release coordination.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with FIS Integrity SaaS Operations for updates and incident resolution.
  • Track quarterly release features and act as the main IT contact for Corporate Treasury and bank technical teams.
  • Maintain audit compliance and controls as required for SOX; communicate updates and metrics to senior leadership.

     Cash Forecasting Application

  • Maintain and enhance a homegrown Cash Forecasting tool, ensuring data accuracy and reliability through robust ETL pipelines (e.g., Appworx / Informatica).
  • Collaborate with data engineering and finance teams to optimize forecasting models and automate data flows.

     Treasury Systems Support

  • Provide technical and functional support for Treasury-related IT systems, including a homegrown bank account repository, a SaaS bank fee analysis application, and bank connectivity services.
  • Partner with Finance and Treasury to ensure systems meet compliance, reporting, and operational needs.

What you bring

     Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.

     Experience

  • 5+ years in business systems analysis or IT systems administration, preferably in Treasury or Finance domains.
  • Hands-on experience with FIS Integrity or similar Treasury Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration platforms (e.g., Appworx / Informatica).

     Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries, analyzing data sets, and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Experience with file mapping, transforming and validating data between source and target systems.

     Competencies

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to audit readiness and SOX-compliant controls.

     Preferred / Plus

  • CTP – Certified Treasury Professional.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS deployment models and release management.
