The Role
Are you interested in learning how contracting processes can be digitalized and supported with smart tools? Want to learn how an international company manages contracts efficiently across the globe? Join our Legal Operations team and gain hands-on experience in helping us administer our end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution! The IPR, Legal & Compliance Department consist of more than 60 highly engaged and dedicated colleagues across our 5 sites (China, Denmark, Japan, The Netherlands and USA). You will be part of the team based in Copenhagen office. In this role, it is estimated that you will be working approx. 15 hours per week with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
As our new Student Worker, you will become a key player in the daily operations of our global contract lifecycle management solution (CLM) which helps Genmab manage contracts smarter and faster. You will have the following primary tasks:
- Manage system access for users, incl. assigning user training and monitoring their completion, setting up/ revoking accounts and changing access type when needed and regular review and follow-up on users who do not use the system.
- Provide expertise and support to the users on how to use the system.
- Take part in an ongoing development and updates of user guides.
- Proactively drive resolution of system issues reported by users.
- Perform the User Acceptance Testing of potential system updates and/ or changes.
- Help update and maintain contract templates within the system.
- Make simpler configuration changes, if needed, e.g. changes to the user interface, updating dropdown lists, updating email templates, etc.
- Identify system usage gaps by using system reports and support resolution of those.
- Help secure accuracy within vendor data by proactively identifying and resolving any gaps identified.
- Work together with the law Student Worker in Legal Operations on ad hoc tasks related to other tasks to support Legal.
Requirements
- You are an actively enrolled student and have a minimum of 3-4 years left of your education - we are open to all studies, but you must have excellent skills and interest in working with data, MS Excel and be savvy understanding system logics.
- You are responsible, detail-oriented and have a proactive mindset.
- You meet expected timelines as agreed with a high level of quality.
- You have a good command of English in writing and conversation.
- You are passionate, eager to learn, flexible and dedicated.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
