The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy will lead omnichannel efforts for key commercial functions and will also drive executional needs for our in-line and launch brands. This critical role will report directly into the Associate Director of Omnichannel Strategy and be expected to work within the US Marketing & Sales Team as well as with key cross functional teams across Genmab. Additionally, this role will liaise with our alliance partners.

Success in this role will require strong omnichannel strategy and channel execution experience, marketing & data operations knowledge, an understanding of the pharma/biotech and oncology space, and the ability to operate in an emerging/developing organization.
This role is based out of our Princeton office and requires for you to be on site 60% of the time
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Serve as a omnichannel SME & business partner to the US Marketing & Sales Team, Genmab cross-functional teams and US alliance partners
- Shape omnichannel engagement plans, pull-thru prioritized tactics and become immersed in the overall brand vision & strategy set by Genmab leadership
- Ensure perspectives from key stakeholders (Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, IT) are accounted early and often
- Spearhead novel & innovative ways of working with 3rd party partners in the spirit of delivering the ideal customer experience
- Stay abreast of industry trends and promotional opportunities and promote best practices across Genmab
- Define Key Performance Indicators and report up through US Marketing & Sales Team
- Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to launch readiness and brand annual planning
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 8+ years of professional marketing experience required (Pharma/Biotech)
- Oncology/hematology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas experience preferred
- Deep digital, media & omnichannel execution experience across core channels required
- Thorough understanding of the cross-functional interdependencies needed to successfully execute complex omnichannel efforts
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing operations, data operations , media operations and data privacy
- Experience with leading marketing technologies in support of web/mobile/app experience, automation, performance & insight generation and compliance
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
- Startup, emerging pharma, or new team experience preferred
- Prior joint venture, Co-promote, co-marketing alliance experience preferred
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$136,880.00 - $205,320.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
