This role is categorized as hybrid . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Technical Center three times per week, at minimum.
What You'll Do :
The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst will add to the development and execution of various corporate treasury functions, including but not limited to capital planning, liquidity and cash management, capital markets activity, relationship management with banks and rating agencies, and hedging activity. The role requires strong financial analysis and analytical skills, the ability to optimize a range of inputs and scenarios to support effective decision-making, and the capacity to craft positive relationships with a broad range of functions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
- Perform critical treasury operations including cash positioning, funding, and wire processing
- Establish strong relationships with high-performing, cross-functional treasury teams and external banking partners
- Quickly and efficiently manage all North America bank accounts (opening, closing, signer and functionality maintenance)
- Provide accurate data and forecasts for short term investment guidance, variance adjustments and intraday adjustments.
- Monitoring and clear reporting of GM operation activities to peers and leadership
- Management and maintenance of letters of credit
- Risk reporting and analysis for external counterparties
- Lead or support activities like audits, account reconciliations and tax validations
- Identify and manage process improvements and enhanced data visualizations
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, rapidly add value, and develop innovative, creative solutions to complex problems
- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and commitment to creating a positive Workplace of Choice culture
- Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to operational strategy / Enterprise goals
- Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
- Assist team in prioritization of workload, creating a picture to influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions

Additional Description
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business or related fields
- 3 years experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities and time management skills
- Ability to provide accurate, timely, and reliable reporting and controls.
- Comfortable searching out and correcting inconsistent data; finds and fixes root cause of inconsistencies; understands the drivers.
- Function skills (experience with at least one of the following)
- Cash and Liquidity management
- Direct cash flow forecast
- Cross border flows / inter-company funding
- Compliance and control procedures
- Ability to structure presentations in straightforward, efficient manner
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Familiarity in use of common financial tools (ROIC, NPV, IRR, etc.)
- Proficiency in WSS (Wall Street Systems), SAP, Knime and Power BI
- Sophisticated Excel skills and strong modeling and financial valuation skills
- Treasury operational experience
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles including ability to perform balance sheet analysis, income statement analysis, cash flow statement analysis, capital structure analysis, etc.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Critical thinking and inquisitive mind
- Can provide accurate, timely, and reliable reporting and controls
- Ability to grasp the "big picture" and underlying strategic issues
- Ability to develop solutions to sophisticated problems
- Ability to bring new perspective to challenges and effectively communicate advantages to such perspectives/ideas
