Purpose for the role
Develop and implement talent / organizational projects and culture initiatives to support talent growth and organizational effectiveness
Position Description/Responsibility:
- Utilizes OD methodologies and processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver customized solutions needed to optimize talent development and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Closely monitor and study market changes/practices to provide insights on market trends
- Diagnose pain points, analyze and interpret organizational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and deliver new talent development program or organizational development project according to the needs of organizational development and culture transformation

Integrate internal and external resources and connect with the new players/forces in auto industry as well as hi-tech companies to form a regular sharing and learning network/forum
- Work closely with stakeholders from business functions and HRBP for implementation and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification
- A high achiever, passionate about creating talent growth and organizational development
- A natural resourceful collaborator who has strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, articulation capability and influencing leadership
- 5+ years in global companies with diverse working experiences
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience expertise
