Hybrid This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Cole Engineering Center Podium, Warren MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
As a Supply Chain Fulfillment Strategist, you'll drive the transformation of our supply chain strategies by providing end-to-end visibility, implementing predictive analytics for better decision-making, and collaborating to meet Customer Care and Aftersales goals. Gain hands-on experience in the modern OEM supply chain world.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Experienced in supply chain control tower solutions
- Skilled in AI, predictive analytics, and optimized decision-making
- Focused on cost optimization and efficiency
- Expert in recovery plans and alternative fulfillment methods
- Proficient in demand planning, order fulfillment, and supply chain management
- Collaborative with operations, procurement, logistics, and planning teams
- Able to develop strategies supporting customers, OEMs, and corporate partners
- Involved in Aftersales agreements and corporate development
- A leader in supply chain projects from start to finish
- A creative problem-solver for supply chain challenges
- Proficient in advanced data analytics to identify trends and improve performance
- Skilled in AI/ML tools, predictive analytics, and modern supply chain systems
- Knowledgeable in financial principles, including budget and cost management
- Strong in project management, managing multiple projects to completion
- Able to turn complex data into actionable insights

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- 5+ years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, specializing in optimization, data analysis, and project management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and complete multiple projects.
- B.S. Degree or relevant experience
- Advanced data analysis skills, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Financial acumen with experience in cost management and budget optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of driving change and innovative solutions in supply chain challenges.
