Senior Warranty Analyst

- Successfully execute Warranty and Service Excellence programs and deliver dealer network results.

- Manages the culture within their team, holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GM values and cultural behaviors

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics or similar experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• User of MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Big Data Management
• Power BI (Mandatory)
• Databricks
• Statistical knowledge and data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Ability to express ideas, problems, solutions, recommendations in English
• Ability to create budget reports and track expenses

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GWM
• Master's degree in data mining related field
• Knowledge and experience in vehicle components and repairs
• Field experience with dealers
