The Opportunity:
Join our plant finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll partner with operations to drive informed decisions, cost savings, and financial performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who's agile, scrappy, tech savvy, and ready to lead in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and headcount planning
- Analyze performance, cost drivers, and business trends
- Build clear, actionable insights that support operations
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and Hyperion
- Improve processes, automate reporting, and drive efficiency
- Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance
- Collaborate across departments and communicate financial impact

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting (Manufacturing a plus)
- Expert in Excel and modern analytics tools (Power BI, SQL)
- Strong grasp of headcount forecasting, journal entries, and budgeting
- Experience with accrual accounting and month-end close processes
- Quick learner, thrives in change, and embraces new tech
- Strong communicator and trusted business partner
- Self-starter with integrity and drive to deliver results
