What you will do (Responsibilities):

1. Estrategia Comercial y Gestión de Ventas

  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de ventas y penetración de servicios OnStar en coordinación con la red de concesionarios Chevrolet.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave (activaciones, churn, ARPU, NPS, etc.) y ejecutar acciones correctivas para cumplir metas mensuales y anuales.
  • Coordinar la implementación de programas de incentivo y revenue share con los dealers (Dealer Revenue Share / OnStar Money).

2. Marketing y Comunicación

  • Diseñar e implementar planes de marketing y comunicación local para aumentar el conocimiento y la percepción de valor de OnStar.
  • Desarrollar experiencias en punto de venta (eventos, stands, material POP, digitalización) que promuevan la adopción del servicio.
  • Alinear la estrategia de comunicación con la marca Chevrolet y los valores de conectividad, seguridad y tecnología.

3. Alianzas Estratégicas y Desarrollo de Negocio

  • Identificar y negociar oportunidades con aseguradoras, operadores móviles y partners tecnológicos para expandir el ecosistema de servicios conectados.
  • Gestionar proyectos especiales como programas de recuperación de vehículos robados, servicios de asistencia y nuevos productos de suscripción.

4. Gestión Operacional y Coordinación Regional

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos comerciales, facturación y soporte postventa junto con equipos locales y regionales (GM Chile, VSM, OnStar Call Center).
  • Liderar reuniones con stakeholders internos y externos para seguimiento de performance, proyectos y roadmaps de lanzamiento.
  • Representar a OnStar Chile frente a instituciones, autoridades y medios, actuando como principal punto de contacto local del negocio.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • 4-5 años de experiencia relevante en roles comerciales dentro de la industria automotriz o sectores similares.
  • Capacidad para manejar alta complejidad y cumplir objetivos exigentes.
  • Liderazgo sólido y experiencia en gestión de equipos.
  • Comunicación clara, estructurada y orientada a resultados.
  • Inglés avanzado; portugués deseable.
  • Experiencia trabajando con concesionarios y operaciones técnico-comerciales.
  • Licencia de conducción vigente; vehículo asignado.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida (3 días en oficina).

  • Éxito comprobado en la ejecución de estrategias comerciales y de marketing integradas.
  • Habilidad para influenciar y construir relaciones de alto impacto.
  • Experiencia en operaciones multinacionales y colaboración con Brasil.
  • Alta autonomía y visión estratégica para llevar la operación al siguiente nivel.
