Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business and two times per week remote.
The Role
The Omni Channel Direct Communications Intern will support in the execution of CRM activities operating ambidextrously focusing on implementing effective strategies and initiatives including Lead management platform management and Marketing Communications that enhance Vehicle Purchase Rates. This internship will provide exposure to a variety of marketing and communications functions within the automotive section. This includes the formulation of Communications via Direct 1:1 Channels including WhatsApp, Push Notifications Email and SMS as well as the enhancement of a personalized 1:1 level shopping experience in-showroom.

What You'll Do
- Assist in crafting and executing CRM communication strategies aimed at improving customer conversion, retention, and loyalty, with a focus on hyper-personalization.
- Support campaign brainstorming & development ensuring brand and messaging consistency that ensure maximum impact with minimal customer exit.
- Monitor and optimize CRM lead management platforms enhancing Dealer Sales User interfaces.
- Support coordinating with CRM agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time with minimal defects.
- Support the implementation of A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks to enhance CRM communication engagement and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to executive marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to content creation and storytelling that enhances brand engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing efforts and suggest
- optimizations.
Your Skills & Abilities
Knowledge and Experience:
- Passionate about automotive, branding and customer engagement.
- Understanding of digital marketing/CRM or customer journey mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
Education:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Multi-tasker with negotiating, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinker, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solver with an understanding of business acumen.
