Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum.
The National Accessory Manager is responsible to lead a highly engaged team that drives accessory sales and maximizes variable profit by developing and executing an aggressive Go-To-Market plan that incorporates feedback and collaboration with key stakeholders including Finance, Brand Teams, Regional VSM/CCA Field Teams, US Supply Chain, and US Accessory and Marketing Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a highly engaged team that collaborates to develop and execute a strong Go-To-Market plan that maximizes accessory sales and profit for GM Canada.
- Interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders, such as, US Accessory and Marketing Teams, US Supply Chain, Senior Leadership, Brand Teams, Regional VSM/CCA Field Teams, Finance, and GM Energy.
- Develop accessory marketing strategies and content that drive consumer purchase intent (e.g. targeted consumer offers).
- Develop accessory sales and marketing strategies that support dealer accessory business (e.g. accessory displays, DDN videos. Playbooks, sell sheets, order fulfillment etc.).
- Develop accessory growth plans that include Regional/District/Dealer sales objectives and Per New Unit Retail (PNUR) targets by vehicle.
- Collaborate with brand teams and align on brand playbook opportunities, promotions, and packages that support Go-To-Market strategy.
- Participate in vehicle launch strategies to maximize accessory opportunities.
- Collaborate with US Accessory Managers to ensure accessory readiness with new vehicle launches.
- Liaison with US Supply Chain to ensure Canada is receiving "fair share" of North American accessory allocation.
- Provide Dealer and Accessory "Opportunity Reports" to drive accessory sales.

Additional Description
Required Skills, Experience, Competencies:
- Post Secondary Education required, in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics or a related field Preferred
- 7+ years of previous Accessories experience
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence various groups and levels
- Demonstrated strong organization & analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage
- Demonstrated strength in Microsoft office - Excel and PowerPoint
- VSM and/or CCA Field Experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
