Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
Executing work you're doing in support of supply chain organization's business objectives.
You will provide support of one of the key areas within Supply Chain. Ensure business objectives goals are achieved or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.
You will be responsible for supporting relationship management and offering support to warehousing/manufacturing and suppliers.
Position supports plans and issue resolution to ensure no or minimal impact to the supply chain.

What You'll Do:
1. Planning
- Develop and release delivery plans to local suppliers based on production requirements.
- Continuously update delivery plans in response to changes in the production sequence.
- Plan and manage FIA (Free in Agreement) shipments to local suppliers in support of the delivery schedule.
- Proactively manage supply base capacity to support current demand and volume growth.
- Eliminate vehicle production losses caused by material or part shortages.
2. Follow-Up
- Review daily shortage reports across all production lines.
- Follow up with suppliers on a part level to confirm timely deliveries.
- Monitor and coordinate the shipping of in-consignment materials including CKD (Completely Knocked Down), local, and PM (Purchased Material) parts.
- Track and manage inventory levels against target benchmarks based on A, B, and C inventory classification.
3. Reporting
- Issue and manage SPPS (Supplier Practical Problem Solving) reports for late deliveries.
- Report delivery violations and monitor corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Identify and report high-risk supply issues to stakeholders.
- Track and report supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and report on supplier capacity constraints and risks.
4. Supplier Engagement
- Conduct regular visits to supplier facilities for performance evaluation and improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to enhance communication and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in material planning or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
