  • Own and drive key maintenance KPIs, including uptime, MTTR, PM compliance, and equipment health metrics.
  • Develop and maintain process control plans to support proactive maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Apply GMS and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Utilize GPM&C, MAXIMO, and scheduling systems to plan, track, and optimize maintenance activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across all maintenance systems.
  • Act as the maintenance lead for your shift, guiding skilled trades and technicians through planning and execution.
  • Communicate technical findings and maintenance strategies to plant leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Prepare and deliver shift-level reports and updates to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Skilled in guiding shift-level maintenance operations and driving performance through collaboration.
  • Expertise in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and GMS methodology.
  • Ability to create and deliver shift-level reports and maintenance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:
