Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum.
The Integrated Insights & Performance Specialist , (4 positions Available) for the Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet and GMC Brands will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional marketing efforts that enhance brand growth, drive audience engagement, and optimize the marketing funnel. The individual in this role leverages data insights, analytics, and innovative marketing tactics to optimize campaign outcomes. They ensure clear alignment across marketing teams and channels on strategies supporting audience planning and cross-channel test-and-learn initiatives. The candidate will work collaboratively across teams supporting seamless integration of performance activities ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Build integrated, cross-channel, Monthly Market Review decks and post campaign reports with actionable insights that help brands and media teams make the right marketing decisions
- Develop strong marketing insights gleaned from cross-channel campaigns including paid search, programmatic display and video, paid social, streaming and linear TV, earned and owned media, site performance and CRM, partnerships and sponsorships
- Supports the design, documentation, and execution of performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Uses analytics tools to measure the impact of cross-channel initiatives on brand-specific KPIs and help refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Use performance dashboards to track KPIs, share actionable insights with the broader team, and help coordinate the implementation of new performance marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and help identify new performance opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.
Collaboration and Integration
- Work cross-functionally with team members in paid media, website, CRM, Marketing Strategy Intelligence, and website optimization to help align efforts and support cohesive performance goals and optimize campaign assets
- Develop and manage cross-channel test-and-learn plans that provide insights to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Work with channel-specific leads (e.g., paid media, CRM, social, web) to help define performance approaches and tests that align with business objectives.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and communicating key learnings to inform future marketing strategies.
Audience Planning & Funnel Optimization
- Works alongside media planning team and supports audience segmentation and planning to help ensure marketing efforts target the most relevant customer groups.
- Works with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Helps integrate audience insights across channels and throughout the marketing funnel to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Assists analytics teams in refining audience strategies using data-driven insights.
Additional Description
Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education required, in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics or a related field Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in working with programmatic advertising & media campaigns - especially in insights and analysis development
- Experience in an omni-channel, multi-brand performance media setting
- Experience working with diverse internal marketing teams and outside agency partner and media vendors
- Ability to understand data sources within cross-channel marketing eco-system
- Ability to communicate and synthesize ideas for both external and internal teams
- Working understanding of programmatic media strategies, KSI development and tactics present in a modern media organization.
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, project, and time management skills
- Advance proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. PowerBI proficiency is preferred
