Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the role of HIL integration Engineer within the Vehicle Integration & Validation organization.
This role is responsible for HIL test bench integration, execution, and etc. This position involves also continuous development of HIL technology to enhance the HIL testing capability and range.
And it requires a deep understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop test as they apply to systems and vehicle integration and validation. A balance of technical theory with practical limitation skills and the ability to think outside the box to find simple yet exciting solutions is paramount.

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, schedule, and deploy bench Integration to enable vehicle design, development, and validation sign off.
- Develop test environment, responsible for creating stable and representative test environments. These environments are used to perform automated testing and functional integration of distributed features.
- Collaboration with software and firmware teams, you will work closely with various software and firmware teams to ensure streamlined integration and test of development on test assets.
- Bridge the gap between hardware engineers, controls, and software engineers for HIL integration.
- Test bench integration incl. brake control bench build/integration, EPS bench build/integration, actuators integration in HIL system.
- Hands-on integration/debug EE system components HW/SW issues.
- Trouble shoot and root cause Be the "go-to" person for software integration issues.
- Responsible for brake control, EPS bench, able to implement AD/ADAS feature test as close loop
- Manual and automated test execution for software release tests, analysis of test results and generation of test reports.
- Project management and coordination with external engineering partners regarding test case generation, scenario building and test execution.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
- 5~7 years of experience in brake control module and EPS module development area with proven 0-1 development to production experience.
- Hands-on expertise brake control module and EPS module HW or SW or validation.
- Understanding of L2/L2++ ADAS/AD features, such as AEB, LSS, ACC, LCC, HNP, UNP, etc.
- Familiar with ADAS/AD standard and regulations (CNCAP2024, CICAP) and the test/assessment methodologies.
- Familiar with vehicle level EE architecture.
- Knowledge with vehicle communication and diagnostic protocols, CAN/CANFD, Ethernet, SOME/IP, LVDS etc.
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
- Reliable and pragmatic working style, with strong oral and written communication skills, especially in English.
- Project and Time Management: Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a commitment to the tasks at hand
- Problem Solving: Able to identify problems, analyze varying courses of action to determine, recommend and negotiate optimal solutions and execute contingency plans
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Program management or cross functional team collaboration experience
- Experience with tools such as Vehicle Spy, vector CANoe and INCA
