Group Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives - Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Insights
Description
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI or Austin, TX three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business if more than 3 days].

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and action-oriented Group Program Manager to join the Portfolio and Operations team within EDAI. This role will serve as the change leader responsible for leading key strategic initiatives that transforms how we work to achieve greater results and enhance our impact across GM. This role is instrumental in making analytics findable, understood, and used across business functions - driving the company's data-driven culture forward. You'll be part of a team that oversees a technical portfolio with complex interdependencies, ensuring solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies that advance EDAI objectives and drive operational efficiencies.
- Design and implement the EDAI operating model in co-creation with EDAI leadership and delivery teams.
- Coach teams on delivery best practices and interdependencies management.
- Partner with EDAI role SMEs, leadership, and Human Resources on talent and development initiatives.
- Spearhead a data driven culture across GM through transformation initiatives that increase data and analytics findability and usability.
- Champion the EDAI brand, increasing education and awareness among senior leaders, business partners, and enterprise customers.
- Leverage user analytic tools to measure impact of initiatives and refine strategy.
- Investigate and document complex business processes
- Serve as the organization's thought leader and subject-matter-expert on PMO planning and project execution, effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in core planning and PMO processes and tools.
- Facilitates decision making among team members and senior leaders to develop project scope of work documents and project plans based upon requirements.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- 8-10+ years of experience in program, product, or portfolio management in data, analytics, or digital transformation domains
- Strong understanding of analytics development lifecycles and product management principles.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute large change initiatives including building program timelines, success metrics, and monitoring practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, technical roles, product and program managers.
- Proficiency in program and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Align, ServiceNow).
- Working knowledge of data literacy best practices.
- Bachelor's degree required

Compensation:
- The expected base compensation for this role is: $117,800 - $194,300. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
