The Role
CCA's Service Operations is the organization responsible for supporting GM's global dealer network with tools and equipment, technician training and warranty administration. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative team member to support the improvement and execution of GM's Labor Information Database (GMLID) processes. This role focuses on identifying and resolving internal and dealer warranty claim issues, improving system efficiency, and contributing to cost-saving strategies related to warranty operations.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Responsible for creating new labor codes in the General Motors Labor Information Database (GMLID) system.
- Engaged with CCA Marketing to support new sales promotion programs within the GMLID system.
- Responsible for supporting vehicle maintenance programs within the GMLID system.
- Support special project by entering Dealer criteria within the GMLID system.
- Provide GMLID support and labor code reviews, globally.
- Update labor code ceilings, as needed, to support Warranty Cost Savings.
- Work with GM IT on any GMLID system issues and updates.
- Coordinate with CCA groups to ensure GMLID can accommodate special requests including finance accounting.
- Responsible for answering dealer escalation on claim submissions and labor code questions.
- Assist in building and updating vehicle warranties within the GMLID system.
- Work cross-functionally with the Labor Time Guide, reviewing new vehicle models and processing any suspended vehicle information as needed within the GMLID system.
- Support the Field Action Group by participating in conference calls to understand the Field Action and build the criteria in the GMLID system.
- Manage Ally Service Contract labor codes by adding warranty information as needed.
- Manage Tire Administration Information within Global Warranty Management (GWM)

- Bachelors degree in business, engineering or a related field
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cross-functionally
- Understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Familiar with DMS systems
- Analytical thinker
- Continuous improvement experience
- Project management experience
- Ability to think creatively and find new and better ways to solve problems
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge ( Preferred Qualifications)
- Automotive dealer operations experience preferred
- Understanding the technical aspects of how a vehicle works is preferred
- 1-3 years warranty claims processing experience; automotive industry preferred
