As part of the Global Ledger COE team you will gain exposure and experience working with cross-functional teams, with support and flexibility to manage and develop your career.
Responsibilities:
More specifically in the position you will:
- Review and Report on financial system accesses for risk/SOD mitigations
- Review and Report on new T-Code requests for rule set determination
- Review the financial rule set for inconsistencies, accuracy and compliance
- Review and enrich data governance requests for new or changed data elements for the Global Ledger
- Assist with daily Global Ledger error monitoring and resolution
- Investigate the root cause and eliminate errors in financial transaction submissions from local ledgers
- Perform various Global Ledger (GAAP, Statutory, Tax ledger) close functions and report summations on a monthly cadence
- Present at monthly or specific timed meetings
- Perform UAT testing for enhancements and process changes
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Build relationships with technology and business management, internal clients and external stakeholders
- Ability to connect the data from the source to Global Ledger data enrichment to how the enriched Global Ledger data is consumed by our data users

Required Qualifications:
Basic Required:
- College degree with major in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience/ training
- 2 to 5 years finance/accounting experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven
- Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multitask within restricted time constraints
Basic Preferred:
- Experience/strong knowledge of S4/SAP financial systems
- Audit and Assurance experience
- CPA
