One of the most customer dissatisfying experiences as a vehicle owner is a part or system failure early in a vehicle's life. In GM, we have multiple groups who determine the root of the issue and then rely on the Field Action Team to support the launch of corrective actions expediently. Every project requires team members to Think Customer by considering our customers' needs in the center of all they do. We need team members who are innovative problem solvers and risk takers to not only influence the direction of the Supply Chain Management organization, but also positively collaborate and support internal and external customers as needed to ensure successfully executed field actions. Success is defined by our team as being agile to react to changing priorities and utilizing critical data analysis along with established processes and tools that drive effective decision making.
